How Long Is Shipping?
Due to recent changes brought on by Covid-19, we are experiencing longer than usual shipping and arrival times. Expect shipping times to take 1-4.5 weeks depending on location.
Product Shipped, but Has Not Arrived?
We try our best to keep track on all orders. However, once item is shipped, we do not have control over the product and it's arrival time. Please use the tracking number and link sent via email to stay updated on shipped products. Likewise, contact your local postal service to ensure they have the product or have not misplaced the product.
Received Destroyed Product, What Do I Do?
Please take a photo of your damaged product and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send an email with the subject line "Damaged Product | Brow Fleek" and include the tracking number and/or order number of your received package. Further instructions on a replacement product or account credit will be detailed in your response email.
